Chef Aaron had a love of cooking from a young age. As a teenager, he worked in numerous restaurants, but really got serious about becoming a chef in his early 20s while in college. Throughout his career, he worked under some great chefs including Chef Greg Tubman at Graylyn Conference Center, and Chef Chuck Gardner at Bermuda Run Country Club, who cultivated his love into a career.
Around 2020, while working as an Executive Chef, Chef Aaron began dreaming of owning and operating a food truck. This dream became a reality in July 2021 after a year of hard work planning and building the truck.
While we enjoy going to all types of places, we love being able to do so many local events in and around Stokes County, where we call home. We are so thankful for the support we have received from our hometown. The food truck was a big risk, but one that has proven to be worth while. It was both fun and challenging building a full kitchen on wheels, and it is an ever-changing process of finding ways to be more efficient, while providing great food in such a small space.
Chef Aaron’s dream was to provide restaurant quality food from the curb, and that is exactly what we are doing. One of the best parts about Town Fork Mobile Kitchen for Chef Aaron is sharing his passion with friends and family, spending time together growing our business. We have found our niche in serving Asian-inspired cuisine, but also enjoy designing custom menu’s for our catering clients.
